General terms & conditions Marian Kramer – Child Sleep Consultant

The information and services provided by Marian Kramer are for educational purposes and are not medical for an individual problem or a substitute for medical or other professional advice from a qualified medical specialist who is familiar with your medical history. Information and services are also not aimed at making a medical diagnosis or treatment. Professional medical advice should be sought for medical treatment or diagnosis.

When signing the agreement, you also agree to share the medical condition of your child. It is your responsibility to rule out with the healthcare provider any underlying medical conditions that may cause sleep problems (including but not limited to sleep apnea, ear infections, allergies, asthma). This is to ensure that the healthcare provider has determined that your child is healthy, of sufficient weight and growth, and that it is appropriate to implement the sleep plan. You agree to notify Marian Kramer of any medical changes during sleep training, as sleep training should not be performed unless the child has a healthy diagnosis from the healthcare provider.

All information and services are provided with the best intention and with the knowledge that Marian Kramer has. Marian Kramer is not liable for incorrect (or incomplete) or misinterpreted information from this information or services. Marian Kramer will make reasonable efforts to include current and accurate information in consultations, or for the completeness of the information provided. This consultation may contain references to other materials and resources, but Marian Kramer is not responsible for the content of such other references and shall not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from that content. All references provided by Marian Kramer are provided solely for the convenience of the user.

The information and services are only intended for the specific client and are for personal use only. The information and services may not be shared with other parties or persons. All intellectual property rights of Marian Kramer are protected.

The sleep plan contains recommendations and thus intended improvements in your child's sleeping behavior. However, it remains your own decision to apply these recommendations. A consistent and comprehensive approach will give the best results for improving your child's sleep.

Payment

The sleep plan is being send after the payment has been made.
You can cancel the assignment up to 48 hours prior to the intake.
There will be no refund of the payment once the sleep plan has been sent.

When the sleep training has been completed (after about 2 weeks), no refund will be given if not all time, emails or video calls have been used.

Execution of sleeptraining

When you sign the order confirmation, you automatically agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
After the intake you will receive a personal sleep plan via email within 72 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
After the intake, you start sleeping training within 1 week. After that, support availability cannot be guaranteed and a €50,- fee will be charged for any changes needed to the sleep plan.
Intermittent pausing of the training is only possible in consultation, the sleep training can be resumed later. The training can only be paused for a valid reason such as illness or force majeure.
Both Marian Kramer and the client can terminate the assignment / agreement at any time. There will be no (partial) refund of the payment.

Privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to me. This privacy statement explains how the privacy and personal data of visitors to mariankramer.nl (hereinafter: the website) are handled. You will also find here how you can view, change or delete your data. The website is part of the company Marian Kramer, with Chamber of Commerce number 64905969. The privacy statement applies to all products and services from the company.

Purpose and processing of personal data

The personal data that can be processed are the data that you provide to me yourself by making an (information) request or by using my services. These personal data are only used in the context of the services agreed with you and I only collect those data that I consider necessary or useful in that context.

Minors

My website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, I cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. I therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.

Webhosting and email

This website is hosted by Hostnet. Personal data that you make available for my website will be shared with this party. Hostnet has access to this data to provide my website (technical) support, they will never use the data for any other purpose. Hostnet is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement I have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. In addition, regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small files with data that are stored on the hard drive of your computer, tablet or mobile phone when you visit the website. These cookies are used to make the website function better and to monitor the web visit, so that I can check how many people have visited the website in a certain period.
